INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Desert Rodeo! By purchasing tickets, attending the event, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your participation in Desert Rodeo and any related activities.

PASS PURCHASES
  • Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases are final. No cancellations.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Pass: You must present a valid pass for entry. Tickets may be digital or physical and are subject to verification. Entry may be denied if a pass is invalid, fraudulent or revoked due to unauthorized resale. Desert Rodeo, its venue operators and property owners assume no liability for denied entry or pass-related disputes.
  • Age Restrictions: Desert Rodeo is an all-ages event. However, certain areas such as Premium Boxes are restricted to attendees 21 and older. 
  • Prohibited Items: Visit our General Info page for a list of Prohibited Items.
  • Bag Policy: All bags are subject to search upon entry. For approved bag sizes and types, please refer to the Permitted Items section on our General Info page.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

Complimentary Parking: Parking is complimentary and available to all ticket holders. Designated ride-share and drop-off locations are also on-site for convenience.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & ACTIVITY WAIVERS
  • Assumption of Risk & Indemnification: By purchasing a ticket and attending Desert Rodeo, you understand and acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or other hazards. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Desert Rodeo, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, sponsors, vendors, venue operators, and property owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the event.   • On-Site Activities Waivers: Certain activities may require signing a waiver on-site. Desert Rodeo reserves the right to deny participation in select activities without a signed waiver.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
  • Personal Media Use: Attendees are encouraged to capture memories at Desert Rodeo. However, all personal recordings must comply with our guidelines and are limited to non-commercial use unless pre-approved.
  • Consent to Be Filmed or Photographed: By attending Desert Rodeo, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Desert Rodeo may use your likeness for promotional purposes without additional permissions or compensation.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: Desert Rodeo’s logo, name, and associated branding are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Sponsors and partners may create and share media containing Desert Rodeo IP under pre-arranged agreements.
CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
  • Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous may result in ejection.
  • Compliance with Laws: Attendees must adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as Desert Rodeo’s rules and regulations.
MERCHANDISE AND VENDORS
  • Authorized Vendors Only: All merchandise sold at Desert Rodeo must be through authorized vendors. Desert Rodeo, its affiliates, and venue operators shall not be held liable for counterfeit goods, faulty products or unauthorized sales. Purchases made from third-party resellers are at the buyer’s own risk.
  • Returns and Refunds: Merchandise return policies vary by vendor and are governed by individual vendor agreements. All disputes regarding merchandise must be handled directly with the vendor.
FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT INTERRUPTIONS

Desert Rodeo is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, public health emergencies, acts of war, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification of Desert Rodeo for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, attendees understand that Desert Rodeo, its affiliates, venue operators, and property owners (including Desert International Horse Park) shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, damages, or costs incurred.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected through ticket purchases, website use, or event participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Desert Rodeo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
