For each event day – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – the first 100 kids aged 10 and under will receive free General Admission (GA) entry when accompanied by a parent or guardian with a GA pass. Parents or guardians must secure the free kids' pass online through our website when purchasing their GA pass. The kids' pass will be scanned at entry like all passes. Limited availability per day.

HOW CAN I BUY PASSES?

Buy passes on our website to secure your spot at Desert Rodeo. While supplies last.

WHAT TYPES OF PASSES ARE AVAILABLE?

• Midway Pass (MWY): Experience Desert Rodeo's festival vibes with access to exclusive shopping, delicious food and all festival activations – *no rodeo arena access included.

• General Admission (GA): Immerse yourself in the full Desert Rodeo experience with thrilling PRCA rodeo action, plus access to exclusive shopping, delicious food and interactive activations.

• Saddle Plus (SP): Upgrade your Desert Rodeo experience with all the access and benefits of GA, plus premium perks and added comfort during the PRCA rodeo performance.

DO KIDS GET FREE ENTRY TO DESERT RODEO?

ARE PASSES REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?

All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PASS?

Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and a welcome email with details about your Desert Rodeo experience. Your digital passes will be sent via email closer to the event date, along with everything you’ll need for check-in. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates!

Once available, your digital passes will be delivered directly to your email as downloadable PDF e-tickets. You can also access and download your passes through your Easol account on our website.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RODEO BEGIN AND END EACH DAY?

The rodeo runs daily from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. During this time, all shops, activations and festival areas remain open and fully accessible for guests to explore and enjoy.

WHAT ARE PREMIUM RODEO BOXES?

Premium Rodeo Boxes are Desert Rodeo’s premier rodeo experience that offers unmatched luxury at the heart of the rodeo action, featuring front-row views, premium amenities and exclusive access.

HOW DO I RESERVE A PREMIUM RODEO BOX?

Submit a reservation inquiry to receive details on pricing and availability.

*Premium Rodeo Boxes are limited. Availability will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.

DOES PARKING COST EXTRA?

Parking is complimentary for all Desert Rodeo guests. No extra fees, no hassle – just pull up and saddle up for a buckin’ good time!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE EVENT?

Ride-share services and carpooling are encouraged, with convenient drop-off locations available on-site.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ON-SITE?

Desert Rodeo is a fully cashless event. We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash will not be accepted, so plan accordingly for a smooth experience.

WHAT KIND OF FOOD AND DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

Desert Rodeo offers a wide range of food and drink options, including signature cookout dishes, light bites, festival bars and specialty cocktails in premium areas.

WILL THERE BE SHOPPING ON-SITE?

Yes! Our exclusive Retail Ranch features a curated selection of Western brands, including the Official Hats of Desert Rodeo – Stetson, Resistol and Charlie 1 Horse.

ARE THERE ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF THE RODEO?

Absolutely! Desert Rodeo is a fusion of ProRodeo, retail and festival. In addition to the rodeo action, explore shopping experiences, enjoy delicious food and engage in interactive activations.
