Desert Rodeo’s Accessibility team is committed to offering support and services to attendees with valid accessibility needs. Misrepresentation or false claims of a disability to obtain accommodations is strictly prohibited. Our team has limited resources and prioritizes ensuring assistance is available to those who genuinely require it.
Designated ADA parking spaces will be available. A valid state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required to access these areas. Parking is complimentary for all guests, including ADA parking.
Our festival grounds include accessible pathways and ramps to ensure mobility across all event areas, including activations, retail spaces, and viewing zones. While some areas are on natural terrain, we strive to make all paths navigable.
Reserved accessible seating will be available at the rodeo arena. Spaces will be provided for guests using mobility devices, along with companion seating.
Desert Rodeo welcomes trained service animals that assist individuals with disabilities. Please note that pets, emotional support animals, therapy animals and companion animals are not permitted on festival grounds.

All concession stands are wheelchair accessible and located throughout the venue. If you require assistance, please ask a staff member for support.
Medications:
All prescription medications must be in their original container with a label matching your government-issued ID. Please bring only the amount needed for the duration of the event. For clearance, ask for a staff member to connect you with the medical team at entry.
Dietary Needs:
Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available at festival food vendors. If you have additional dietary restrictions or require specific accommodations, please email us at ada@desertrodeo.com.
Medical tents staffed with trained professionals will be located on-site for any health-related needs. If you or someone in your party requires assistance, please locate the nearest medical tent or ask a staff member for help.

Personal mobility devices such as wheelchairs, scooters and walkers are permitted for guests with disabilities. Motorized scooters and wheelchairs are also welcome. For safety reasons, skateboards, bicycles and other recreational devices are not permitted.
Devices such as hoverboards, Segways, and personal transportation vehicles are not permitted unless they are being used as mobility aids for individuals with disabilities.
