TICKET PURCHASES

Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Fraud Prevention: Tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms or resold at inflated prices will be voided without refund.

PRCA TICKET TERMS

By purchasing a ticket with access to the PRCA rodeo competition(s), you agree to the terms and conditions required by the PRCA. View the full terms here.

TICKET DELIVERY

Digital Tickets: Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive a booking confirmation and welcome email with important details about your Desert Rodeo experience. Your digital tickets will be delivered via email closer to the event date as downloadable PDF e-tickets. Please ensure the email address provided at the time of purchase is accurate to avoid any delays. You’ll also be able to access and download your tickets through your Easol account on our website.

Scanning for Entry: Tickets can be scanned from your mobile device at the event entrance. Printing is not required but is permitted for convenience.

WRISTBANDS

Wristband Policy: Wristbands are required for entry and must be worn at all times while on the event grounds.

Lost or Damaged Wristbands: Replacement wristbands are available at the discretion of Desert Rodeo for a fee. Removal or tampering with a wristband voids entry.

PROHIBITED PRACTICES

Scalping and Resale: Tickets may not be resold. Violators will be subject to ticket cancellation.

Fraudulent Purchases: Any tickets obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and entry will be denied.

EVENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Desert Rodeo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason outside of Desert Rodeo's control, details regarding refund options (if applicable) will be shared through the official website and email updates.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol Sales: Guests aged 21 and older must show a valid ID to receive a 21+ wristband each day. This wristband is necessary to buy or consume alcohol and can be obtained at designated ID verification stations on-site. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing a ticket and attending Desert Rodeo, you acknowledge and accept that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to contagious illnesses, physical injury, property loss, or other hazards. Desert Rodeo cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to viruses or other health risks, including COVID-19.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to hold Desert Rodeo, its affiliates, partners, and sponsors harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation. Attendees are responsible for adhering to all health and safety guidelines, as well as any federal, state, or local mandates in effect at the time of the event.

TICKET HOLDER CODE OF CONDUCT

All ticket holders are subject to Desert Rodeo’s guidelines on behavior, prohibited items and safety protocols.
